People love expensive clothing brands but not many have the money to pay the price. I went to Fairfield yesterday to check out businesses and I came across this great business idea.
A shop similar to Best & Less where they sell branded clothing for the whole family at discounted prices.
High Investment
Although they only have selling points in locations that are not close to the CBD Area (where I assume rent is more expensive) they do pay a lot of rent for a store like this and of course setting up a business like this would be very expensive.
Opportunities for small entrepreneurs
If you are a small entrepreneur that doesn't have this large amount of money to set up your business you could travel to China and buy cheap out of season clothing and sell them to your friends or setting up a market stall?
