French Patisserie is popular around the world. From French patés to French Sandwiches. I have observed that although we do have in Australia good bread there are not many businesses taking advantage of the popularity of the French food. It is more the Australian - Vietnamese who sell in local suburbs French Bread.
French Patisseries are yummy! So I am listing them here as an idea to make business!
Make it a work from home business
You can start a business like this baking from home and distributing them at local cafés and convenience stores.
If you have more money to invest why not setting up a French café.
There is a good one in Alexandria (Sydney) where you forget for a moment that you are in Australia, it looks like a French café with beautiful sandwiches and cakes.
